The participation of a company as an exhibitor
includes its accreditation and rent of display space.
It is also possible to participate without renting a space and to
participate in absentia.
To participate in an exhibition, an exhibitor should send to the
Organizing Committee of the Khabarovsk International Fair a
completed application form not later than 60 days prior to its
opening. You may do it on-line here
or download, fill in and mail this application.
1. The accreditation of a company as an exhibitor
stipulates its participation in all arrangements of the exhibition;
invitation cards, 5 in number; gate passes for motor
transport to the exhibition territory during the period of
assembly and dismantling; hotel reservation services with
filing of the application 30 days before the exhibition opening;
placing of information on the company up to 800 signs in the
Exhibition Participants Catalogue and this site,
where the information (your page in Russian) will be kept for 2 years; provision of
a copy of the catalogue.
The accreditation stipulates that two representatives of a company
can work at a display stand. The registration fee is 6500
rubles, and 500
rubles for each additional
representative. In case of the collective participation of
several companies at one stand, the accreditation shall be paid by
each company.
2. Participation at stands: an exhibitor can order a
display stand 6,8,10,12,18,24 square meters in area at the rate of
4000 rubles per
a square meter for the whole period of the exhibition.
The cost of participation at the square of each 6 sq. meters includes:
equipped exhibition space (exhibition booth), a desk, 2 chairs,
a desk lamp, a rubbish basket, electric supply 220v, printing of
the company name on the booth frieze in Russian or English up to
15 symbols (every extra symbol costs 30 rubles);
operating personnel services (guards, cleaning).
3. Participation without renting a stand (at the open air):
The rental charge for outdoor exhibition space beyond the
exhibit hall (for oversized display units) is 1800 rubles per one square meter for the whole exhibition
period. Participation in mobile tents
in front of main
entrance costs 2500
rubles per one square meter for
the whole exhibition period.
4. Participation in absentio (by correspondence):
Placement of information about an exhibitor in the catalogue or
site, provision of one copy of the catalogue, placement of
exhibitor booklets, information bulletins, and placards on the
Stand of Participants by Correspondence. The cost is 6500
rubles.
Accessories equipment and services. Exhibitors
can order to fit out their stands with accessories equipment, to
provide with radio and TV sets, a telephone, specific design and
advertising. They can also order the organization of presentations,
seminars, receptions, etc, at an extra charge (see "Application
for additional services").
The exhibition catalogue is made on the basis of the
contract of participation in an exhibition and contains
information about each participant at a size of not more than 800
symbols of text. The placement of logotypes and advertising pages
is made at an extra charge. The information should be presented to
Organizing Committee not later than 30 days before the exhibition
opening.

contains
information on exhibition arrangements and events. Each exhibition
participant is provided with a virtual stand on exhibition site
that has information on an exhibitor's enterprise and its address
as well as a 100-200 words advertisement on goods and services
offered. This information is displayed on the site during 2
years. (An Example). The charge for information placement on site is included in
the accreditation cost. The information is
provided not later than 10 days prior the exhibition opening.
Payment against the invoiced bill should be made within 10 days. In some cases on
particular agreement it is possible to pay at the first day on
arrival to the exhibition.
General Provisions. Exhibit insurance is carried by an
exhibitor on his own, according to the Insurance Act in the
Russian Federation.
